About Hometown
They are poor lovers grown up together in rural society. Because of her family's poor condition, she's forced to marry the son of a wealthy man. Disappointed at it, their lover comes up to Seoul with a dream of success, and wins a great success as a singer. Meanwhile, she leads a hard life day by day because husband squandered all his fortune through gambling. Once heard of it, he comes to her husband and persuades him with words at first, but when he doesn't listen to, he uses violence on him and make him give in. Then, praying for her happiness, he returns to Seoul.
