1. About our items
All items,
we make sure that the quality of them meets our
high-quality standards. We assure you that they are
satisfactory.
Notice
- Listed prices are all U.S dollars.
- Almost all DVDs and videos are NTSC format
2. Acquiring items not listed in our site
When you are looking for an item that is not
in our catalog, send us the title/name of the item via
customer service page. We will respond within 24
hours, as to whether or not the product is available.
If you wish to change or add an item to your order,
please leave a message informing us of the
change(s) and be sure to include your order number.

3. Cancellations, Returns, Refunds and Defective
Merchandise
If the item has not been processed, we will
accept cancellations. But if the item has already been
in-stock or shipped, then your order can not be cancelled. We can
accept cancellations, returns of defective items, and
requests for refunds if there is a good reason for
them. Special orders can not be returned.
4. Our guarantee
We guarantee the originality and the quality
of our products. If there is a problem and the fault
is ours, we'll refund your purchase.
5. Out-of-Stock items
In case that an item is out-of-stock, we will search them from various kinds of suppliers.
We are specialized in getting hard-to-find items in South Korea.
Please take some time and wait for us to get them.
We will notify you when the item is back in-stock.
6. Payment
Items can be ordered with credit card(VISA and
MasterCard), PayPal, cash or bank transfer.
If it's credit card, 'Dacom' will be written in your credit card account on behalf of AsianDB. We charge the amount by KRW (Korean Won) so the total amount can be slightly different by the exchange rate when it is written in the credit card statement. The exact amount in KRW will be written in your invoice.
If the payment is made by cash, it should be hidden and sealed and shipped via registered airmail. In case of bank transfer, please note our bank account information which will be shown when you checkout.
7. How long does it take...?
Usually, we ship your order(s) in 1-3 days.
So you can expect to get your order(s) in
about 7-14 business days. It depends on your destination.
Almost all merchandises will be shipped from South Korea.
Some special items, such as
out-of-printed items, are not guaranteed to ship in
7-14 business days. In the case of this, we will notify
you of what the status is of your order(s).
8. Re-shipping
If your order returns to us because of unclaimed, address unknown or undelieverable reasons,
we will ship it to you again after contacting with you.
Unless the reason of return is our fault, you need to pay the shipping fee again. |

1. You can use English or Korean letters.
2. When you browse Asian people, please input the
English terms which are converted from original Asian letters.
ex) Go So-Yeong, Shim Eun-Ha
3. Key fields are English, not Asian language.
ex) Spring in My Hometown, Tell Me
Something, Jackie Chan
4. For some of Korean birthnames(Kang,Kim,Lee,etc.), even
if they are not exact spelling, we follow the custom.
ex) Kang Je-Gyu, Lee Jeong-Jae
5. 'News' option will include not only the movie news & reviews

You can sell our goods in your area. If you are
our dealer, you can buy our items at around 30%
off. Just sign-up and place an order. If the qty of items are over 20,
the total price will be 30% off automatically.

| Order Information |
Backorders (Out of Stock Items)
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not
currently in stock. Approximately 80% of the items listed
in our database are in stock. In most cases, these items
are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases,
we are awaiting or researching stock information from
one or more of our suppliers. When we receive the product,
we notify you via e-mail and ship it to you promptly.
A backordered item usually takes 1 to 4 weeks to
receive in stock; however, it can take longer depending
on the availability of the item. You will receive an
E-mail update if your item is still not in stock after
30 days. Our policy is to fill your order as quickly
as possible and keep you updated with any delays.
If for any reason we determine that a backordered
item will no longer be available at all, we will notify
you immediately by e-mail, and we will make the item
as out-of-stock. You can also check the status of your
order at any time at 'order history' page.
Invoice
An invoice including prices and totals will be e-mailed
and shipped with your package to you. You may request a hard
copy of the invoice any time.
Video/DVD - NTSC
Almost all video(VHS) tapes and DVDs are in NTSC format unless otherwise
specified. NTSC is the standard VHS format in Korea,
North America and Japan. Most of Europe, the UK and
Australia use PAL; France uses SECAM. NTSC tapes will
NOT play in PAL or SECAM players, and vice-versa. If
you reside in a country that does not use the NTSC format,
you should not purchase VHS tapes from us
unless you have a multi-format VHS player.
Blu-ray
Blu-ray Discs may be formatted with a specific Region Code intended to restrict the area of the world in which they can be played. Blu-ray Disc players manufactured for sale in a certain region may only play discs encoded for that region. However, some discs are produced without region coding, so they can be played on all Blu-ray devices.
Region ALL: The Blu-ray disc does not possess a Region Code and will play in all territories on all players.
Region A: The Blu-ray disc is formatted for play on Blu-ray players manufactured for sale in the Americas (North, Central and South except French Guiana), Korea, Japan, South East Asia (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan)
Region B: The Blu-ray disc is formatted for play on Blu-ray players manufactured for sale in Europe, Africa, Oceania (including Australia and New Zealand), Middle East, French Territories, Greenland
Region C: The Blu-ray disc is formatted for play on Blu-ray players manufactured for sale in Russia, Mainland China, India, Central and South Asia
DVD - Digital Versatile Discs
Most DVDs are coded by the manufacturer to be playable
only in a particular geographic region. Regionally coded
DVDs will usually only play in DVD players that were
manufactured in the same geographic region in which
the disc was produced.
We list the region code for each DVDs in our DVD section.
So please be aware before you purchase it.
We do not accept returns if the reason is the region code.
Returns
We accept returns only when the item is damaged or defective.
To make a return,
please leave a message in customer service page to request return instructions.
In your message, please be sure to include your order number,
the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(s) for
the return.
Please allow 4 weeks for returns to be processed.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured
carrier. AsianDB.com is not responsible for lost returns.
Note: The return address depends on the type
of merchandise ordered, and will be provided to you
when we receive your returning request.

are not refundable. (*) Customers should take the returning shipping fee.
Damaged or defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please
notify us. We will promptly send you a replacement
after you have returned the

| Shipping & Handling |
Yes, we accept international
orders. It's our
main business so you don't
need to worry about your order even if you are located
far away from us.
Shipping charges are determined by destination, type
and weight of merchandise ordered, and the shipping
method(s) you choose. You can choose shipping methods
on the order form. After you have chosen your shipping
method(s), the exact shipping & handling charges
will be calculated for you automatically.
AirMail: This takes around 1 week to east Asian countries and 20 days to other continents. It does not leave any tracking number but we guarantee that it is 95% safe. The minimum fee for 1 CD or 1 keep case DVD is $8~$17.
Registered Parcel: This takes around 1 week to east Asian countries and 2 weeks to other continents. It leaves tracking number so you can track it. The minimum fee for 1 CD or 1 keep case DVD is $10~$20.
EMS: This Express Mail Service takes around 3 days to east Asian countries and 5 days to other continents. It can be provided with tracking number which can be tracked online. The minimum fee for 1 CD or 1 keep case DVD is $13~$24.
FedEx: This usually takes 3 days to any continents. You can choose one from FedEx, DHL, TNT express or DPEX. If not specified, we usually ship via DPEX to LA/NY U.S.A, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, London U.K. and Australia and ship via TNT express to other regions.
