Yoo, a company chairman, remarries Seon-Young who helps Gun-Chul get a job as a janitor of Yu's house. Gun-Chul who wants to succeed in the future works hard bearing all the abuses from Yoo's family. As Yoo dies and his will says that half of his property should be given to Seon-Young, his family tries to disqualify her, accusing that she had an adultery with Gun-Chul. Then Seon-Young and Gun-Chul actually fall in love as the situation develops. Yoo's family tries to kill both of them, but to the contrary gets Yoo's second son killed by accident. The family repents of their greediness and two lovers leaves there to make their own home somewhere else.
