About Crosspatch
When his wife dies of illness, the corporal Park returns to his unit with his 3-year-old son. He can't take care of him in the barracks, so his comrades hide this boy in a warehouse and take care of him in turn. Finally the commanding officer hears of it, and the private soldiers feel uneasy, because they break the discipline of the army. However, the commanding officer understands his poor circumstances and reports his discharge. When he leaves the army with his son, his comrades give him gifts with their best wishes and bless his future.
