About Seclusion
Seok-Beom secludes himself from society doing woodcarving in a dugout in the beach. While his wife, Yeon-Ok, prays to the image of penis for a baby, she is swept away by the waves. After that, all men in this town except Bong-Keun die by an accident. In every night, the women in the town loiter around the dugout of Seok-Beom, who carves the stone of penis for his dead wife. The wife of Beong-Keun prays to the image of penis for her crippled husband, which causes a misunderstanding for her. After Seok-Beom clears the misunderstanding of the pair of Beong-Keun and solves his problem, he throws himself into the sea. The villager celebrates a memorial service for the pair of Seok-Beom to console them.
