About Great Sacrifice
After 6 years of imprisonment under the Japanese occupation, Minister Son Ryang-Won is living with his wife, his three children and 1,200 lepers in a leper colony far from Yeo-Su in Jeonranam-Do. Meantime, he loses his two sons by rebellion in Yeo-Su in Oct. 19, in 1946 but he adopts An Jae-Seon , who killed his sons, as his son. At this time, the Korean War breaks out. He saves s lot of people and is executed by the communists after terrible torture.
