This film is made to give lesson that anyone who works hard on what he's given in a workplace is patriotic. Nam Kuk-Il, a new comer in office is the commander of workplace reserve forces who gives order to his bosses whenever there's a training exercise. But when the training is over, he is again their workplace subordinate. Lots of funny things happen around the workplace and training camps.
