About Oh Jak-Du, the Emperor
Oh Jak-Du is supposed to receive the supreme power from Shi-Baek, the god father of underworld, on Shi-Baek's 60th birthday. But a man called Gap-Do appears to request Shi-Baek to have a duel match. Thus Shi-Baek gives Gap-Do and leaves ganster world. As Cheol-Jae, an agent of Labor Party of South Korea, approaches to Gap-Do who has supreme power, Gap-Do becomes cat's paw of Cheol-Jae. He disturbs election of trade union and lynches other candidates supporting a candidate of labor party. Finding this, Oh Jak-Du calls up Shi-Baek's followers and dispels labor party's schemes. Cheol-Jae sets up a plot to make Gap-Do and Jak-Du have duel fight in retaliation for this..........
