About City of Fast
As the circus takes on its decline, the circus group is dissolved and Seong-Man comes out to society. When his wife gives birth to a baby in the hardships of poverty, he is changed to a man of hatred and contempt. His circus comrade Chun-Il influences such a change of him. Seong-Man comes to know about love with the meeting with Se-Hee and realizes his wrongdoing through a girl who left her home. By that time, Chun-Il gets wound in brain by accident and goes to a sanatorium for the insane. Shocked at it, Seong-Man makes up his mind to stop unrighteous venture of life and sets out anew.
