About Pure Nineteen
Hyun-Il, a lathe man, gets to know Ji-Ae, the only daughter of some rich man, through Ji-Ae's pet dog which Hyun-Il took care of when the dog went astray. Ji-Ae's parents who know that their daughter has lung cancer, doesn't want her to love Hyun-Il. Ji-Ae, not knowing yet she has cancer, tries to see Hyun-Il who thinks Ji-Ae's parents don't like him because he's poor. Finally Ji-Ae's illness is known to Hyun-Il. After Ji-Ae died, Hyun-Il sadly reminisces of his days with her.
