Susan Kim fails in adjusting to the life of America. She runs away from home, wanders in a red light district and kills someone incidentally. After 7 years imprisonment, she is released and meets the middle-aged man, Kang Hyeon-Wu and goes to the Lake Tajo with him. They meet the illegal worker Heo Dong-Man on the highway. When they arrive at the Lake Tajo, they separate from each other to find their own way. Hyeon-Wu, who searches for his wife, finds her in a factory. Dong-Man and Susan find the light of salvation through the love for each other.
