So-Young, a stepdaughter of Lee Jun-Seong, is intimate with Kang-Il, a son of Professor Kim, who was Jun-Seong's comrade-in-arms. Jun-Seong running a hospital offers a free medical service for factory workers with So-Young and Kang-Il. So-Young encourages Cheol-Shik frustrated in his life to succeed in challenging his life again. So-Young introduces Min-Hee to Kang-Il. As they fall in love with each other, So-Young suffers from their love and has a car accident. In the meantime, So-Young declares her love for him. But Kang-Il's family emigrates abroad and So-Young wanders by this shock. But Kang-Il giving up the emigration for his study returns and meets So-Young again.
