About Eye to Eye
Cheol-Su comes to Seoul to sell his dried corbina fish on which he invested all his money, but gets taken in by Wang Do-Seong, a fraud. Cheol-Su, depressed, tries to commit suicide on Hankang Bridge, but is saved by his half brother Kwang-Shik. Tu Keo-Bee, a friend of Cheol-Su, also gets cheated by Wang Do-Seong, and loses a pack of dried seaweed. Cheol-Su comes across Tu Keo-Bee and together they succeeds in finding Wang Do-Seong's den. After a long and bloody fight with the fraud and his band, they hand them over to the police.
