About On the Verge of Being Very Fortunate
Chil-Gab, a realtor, wants to sell a villa said to be haunted by some specter. One day, he goes there with a client Kim who wanted to see the villa, but gets frightened out of his senses to see the real ghost. Then Chil-Gab's son and his friends go to the villa to reveal the real identity of specter but they also get scared out of their senses. But the police succeed in revealing what's the specter. It was some fraud who wanted to buy the villa in a very low price.
