About Notorious Miser, A
Some merchants known as their thrift-minded way of life were living on the outskirts of Seoul. They like Gop-Dan who is a hair dresser in the area. They organize local reserve forces to defend against possible infiltration of North Korean agents. One day receiving information that a man from North Korea stays in Welcome Motel, they arrest him, and donate the reward to the Countermeasure Headquarters against North Korean agents.
