About Story of Lady Suk-Young
Once upon a time, there lived a happy couple of husband and wife. One day, husband leaves for the capital to pass the state examination and wife keeps waiting for his return. But, being suffered from the parents-in-law's cruel treatment, she kills herself by thrusting a dagger into heart. No one can't take the dagger off her heart. Meanwhile, after passing the examination, husband come back home but only to find wife's death. Lamenting her death, when he takes the dagger off her heart, a blue bird flies into the house. In fact, that blue bird is wife's soul. The husband spends the remaining life with it.
