About Stairways of Heaven
Lovely Yu-Mi falls in love with Myeong-Kil, conductor of choir. After he joins the army, she delivers their daughter Seo-Young. But Myeong-Kil is missing in Vietnam. After graduate high school, Yu-Mi becomes a model. Although she is picked up by Macao Kim, a trainer of show business, and succeeds to be a famous star, she is tired of firmly scheduled life without her will and hypocrisy that she has to disguise Seo-Young as her niece. Moreover Jeong, a manager of a newspaper, persistently asks her whether Seo-Young is her daughter or not. Agonized Yu-Mi voluntarily holds a press conference just before releasing of her new film 'First love' to reveal her stories. Later the film is a hit and disabled Myeong-Kil is touched by her film. Finally Myeong-Kil appears to Yu-Mi with a rose bouquet and Yu-Mi decides to live in country with him.
