Magistrate Seo, the little bridegroom's father, is attacked by a band of swordsmen and loses the national treasure that he was carrying by the order of the King. He is removed from his office. The man who intrigued against Seo is appointed as a minister of the little bridegroom's village. The newly appointed minister wants to make love to Kot-Bong, a wife of the little bridegroom, but put her in jail when she refuses him. The little bridegroom who went to Seoul for the state examination wins the first prize to be appointed as a royal emissary, and arrests the evil minister of his village. Then he proves his father's not guilty and frees his wife from jail.
