At the middle of Koryo Kingdom, Won Sa-Yong, a powerful man, kills his friend to deprive him of lover (Seol-Ri). Being aware of such a background, Seol-Ri hates Won and kills herself by biting her tongue. Ten years later, she makes appearance as a female vampire at Won's birth day party and attempts to destroy Won's family. The female vampire begins to kill Won's daughter-in-law by sucking blood. Won's son tries to defeat the vampire using martial art and amulet, but fails to do. Beob-Won visits a high Buddhist priest Keumkang Seonsa to be taught a new secret method. All of Won's family members are scared owing to Won's wrong doings at his young days. At the moment when Won's daughter is hurt by the vampire, Beob-Won makes the female vampire bury at the tomb permanently using the secret method.
