About Tragedy on Earth, A
Heo Du-Su leading a labor union is murdered in the third pier. Seong Deok-Ho, a bad drunk, tries to find out the cause of his death. Choi Kwang-Cheol feels uneasy, because he is a murderer. He lives by racketeering the laborers. Choi Kwang-Cheol entices Seong Deok-Ho into a covert place and they fight each other there. Finally Seong Deok-Ho kills Choi. A day after, Seong Deok-Ho is arrested by the police while the laborers are watching him.
