About River Streaming in Night, A
A man, who is drafted into the coal mine, attempts to escape from the mine because of the ill-treatment of an overman. When he is caught by this overman, he cuts him down with a stone and runs away. After the Liberation, this overman searches for this man who blinded his one eye. After 10 years, when the overman meets this man, he fires his gun at him. But it is his wife to be hit by a bullet instead of this man. The wife of the overman says that this man takes care of her family until now. The overman laments hugging his dying wife.
