Ma-Seob and Min-Kyu are excellent emperors of swindling. They were dispersed due to misunderstanding and wild guesses each other. While he barely leads his life with blackmailing fraud of hitting car riding on his beloved horse Harley Davidson, Min-Kyu gets to meet Ma-Seob again. In the end the former fantastic members get together again to build a fraud. Ma-Seob and his men prepares 'unified new city development plan called X-Project betting their life and honor. First they use journalism to search for an anchor and kidnaps So-Young, a CA-TV news anchor, who spends happy time with Min-Kyu. Ma-Seob, who takes So-Young by using Min-Kyu as a bait, threatens her to broadcast a lie that a unified new city will be founded in 'Yang Ku'. On the D-Day when the world real estate auction is held through enormous computer information, So-Young mentions a ridiculous article that 'Kal Mal' is decided as the site of the unified new city development. Knowing she is a fake anchor, the rascals are greatly surprised. The whole story of this unbelievable fraud that nobody knows the real victim..........
