About Idoit Judge, An
During the period of Japanese occupation, Bae Sang-Ha, a senate of the Diet bribes the Justice minister of the government general to have his eldest son be appointed as a judge. Sang-Ha's second son, Min-Tae grudging against his father, becomes a partisan to fight against Japanese occupants, but is arrested in charge of trying to kill the governor-general. But his idiot elder brother, now a judge helps him escape from jail and go to a foreign country.
